Questions, problems, and feature requests all go to one address:
Telling us which iPhone and which iOS version you are on usually saves a round trip.
On your device first. Cedro works completely offline; syncing to our server is a background copy so your records reach your other devices. If the network is down, everything still works and nothing is lost.
That means no acquisition date came across when they were imported. Cedro does not invent one, because a guessed date would make an old box look new and would put items in Rested on the wrong day. Open an item and tap Set date to fill it in.
Items with no acquisition date have no rest clock, and items with no recorded price are left out of the total rather than counted as zero. Both screens say how many are excluded.
Settings has CSV import, and it is free. If your other app can export a full JSON backup, use that instead: it carries acquisition dates, prices, and your reading history, which a CSV usually drops.
Tap Restore purchases in Settings. If that does not clear it, email us. A paying user should never hit a cap, and if you have, that is our bug.
Settings has CSV and JSON export, both free and never restricted. Delete account and data is at the top level and removes everything from the device and the server within 24 hours.
